Description de la mission

• Establish and maintain a close relationship with Business by acting as an Account Manager for the function
• Facilitate the collaboration between relevant groups and stakeholders,
• Gather business requirements, needs, ideas, initiatives from business teams and convert them into potential projects and to initiate a change,
• Make the functional and technical impacts analysis,
• Make the overall project delivery happening, manage planning, risk and cost,
• Manage and collaborate with external suppliers,
• Collaborate with support team to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner,
• Pro-actively recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.

Profil attendu

• University degree in information technology or similar
• A proven track record on various implementations (ERP F&O, SCM, manufacturing, HR, CE)
• Excellent sales and marketing understanding associated to leadership to encourage the stakeholders to redesign processes by implementing the best practices
• Multinational experience with ability to communicate in English
• Experience with Microsoft D365 and overall the Microsoft landscape of solutions
